The Civic Duty round defeats barriers as effectively as the R.I.P. and expands 2.5 times its initial diameter after coming into contact with a fluid medium. The Civic Duty round expands to transfer 100 Percent of its energy to the target. The Civic Duty Round retains 99.9 Percent weight inside the intended target without concern of over penetration in CQB situations.
